Hi there, anyone else in the throes of a FET? Started Progynova 6 days ago at 8mg and the nausea is pretty bad. Anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to cope?

None, just nausea...are you having a FET then?

I am yes! Af arrived today so I’ll phone the clinic and book a scan then hopefully I’ll be starting them!! Xx

Hey. I was told to have something to eat with them to help with nausea and I’ve never suffered so I’m guessing it works!

Hi- yes I had this too but it wore off after a week or so. Try ginger tea to combat it. I tended to graze on plain foods like biscuits rather than eat anything overfacing. It sucks, but we are tough cookies xx

Are you taking them as a divided dose? Ie spacing them across the day?

You should feel a bit better when you add in the progesterone pessaries xx
