D12p5dt, brown discharge Day 11 and 12 and getting darker!! Is it over?!

I wrote recently stating we had taken a first response test on Day 7,8,9 and 10 and all were negative. So heartbreaking.

We had a single 2BB blasto transfered, and we had none viable for freezing. So was our only chance.

I had sore boobs and pregnancy type symptoms until day 6 when they completely disappeared. Assuming that’s when the trigger shot left my system. Since then I’ve had on and off cramps and headaches and sore throat.

Now for the past 3 days I’ve had AF style cramps, some mild, some a little more and as of yesterday I started seeing Brown discharge when I wipe (sorry tmi) that continued all day yesterday and was pretty light brown, now this morning it’s a darker brown and a little heavier. Af cramps are still occurring.

Is this cycle definitely over for us? Assuming this will eventually turn into a bleed? I’m still on cyclogest twice a day and my test day is in 2 days on D14p5dt. I haven’t tested since day 10 as it was too heartbreaking to keep seeing BFN.

Has anyone experienced the same and actually had a BFP from it, or has this cycle definitely failed?

Any hope would be amazing, and if not, then closure that it’s failed!

Yeah like dark brown. Then it goes for a wee bit and comes back. The time you need a drink and you cant 😡😡 x

I second that exactly, same here, when you think it’s easing up there’s even more next time. And the AF cramping is worrying too. I’m too scared to pee in case I see red!!

I hope for both of us that it stays brown and we are lucky and get a miracle BFP. I could most definitely do with a very large drink 🍸 xx

I didn't test until otd and got a Bfp and Istarted getting the discharge the day before and still do at 5 weeks 5 days but i've had no bright red blood or heavy bleeding so i'm hoping our Little embie is sticking around. I switched to using the pessaries rectally rather than vaginally as they can cause irritation and have noticed the amount has decreased since then. Try not to give in just yet xx

Thank you, you’ve given me a glimmer of hope. Although with the AF cramps and shooting pains up my lower back I feel like the brown will turn to red very soon for me. 😔.. I want to hang on to some hope that it will be ok, just feel like it’s over. I would literally fall over if we got a BFP on Monday.

Did you also have really strong AF cramps with the brown before your BFP?

I’m just too scared to use the bathroom each time in case I see red and not brown.

Thank you! I had cramping after ET for about 24 hours and every now and then I get it on one side or the other. I thought AF was coming as I had lower back ache but normally it comes within a couple of hours of me having this and after a few days of having it, nothing. I read that the pessaries cause back ache and cramping as well as spotting. Good luck you're not out yet xx
