Been for my 1st appointment with the doctor today discussed lifestyle, sexual intercourse ect.. Back tomorrow to have blood test taken and swabs- how ever I’m day 2 on my period have anyone ever had these swabs done whilst on a period- Thanks xx

Not sure of the answer, but personally I wouldn't like to have swabs done during my period. Go for the blood test and you can ask about the swab when you get there. I'd be asking for another appointment for the swab x

Fsh levels are usually measured by blood test on day 2. What are the swabs for? I didn’t have any taken.

I’ve been back to the doctors this morning had my bloods taken she didn’t do the swabs she said she will see how my bloods come back first. X
