Things I’m doing different-

*off the pill (first time managed this ok for a long while)

* reduces amatriptaline from 40-20mg a night

*accupuncture with fertility specialist

* chines herbs x2 a day

* mostly vegan

*malakite stones in a small bag tied to knickers day and night.

*fertility tests

* pre pregnancy vitamins for me and husband

*read baby dust method

*de cafe tea

Next steps in the journey

*set bedtime and stick to it.

*read baby making bible

* journal conception journey

* focus on more veg in diet

*reduce sugar further

*no take aways (due to heated plastic tubs)

*buy a glass water jug filter and organic face cream , no perfume and continue with eco products in house

*cut out alcohol completely

*have polyp removed identified through fertility test next two weeks hopefully

*Go to yoga once a week

*Swim with my son on weekends

*Mindfulness walking by sea with my dogs at least 4 times a week

What have you done/ plan to do to help your fertility journey ???

I have endo and this has been a three journey so far.

Hi, thanks for sharing your information. I love your treatment. It is too late for me to do the acupuncture and yoga.

Hi Charlotte good luck this week 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 You can do yoga from early stages of pregnancy and accuncture in the first 12 weeks to help prevent miscarriage and the form week 35 to prepare for the birth x

It sounds like you have created the perfect routine to help your physical and mental wellbeing. It is interesting that you have decided to go vegan. I was mostly vegetarian but slowly started eating more chicken and fish as it was recommended on the fertility and pregnancy diets I looked at. I'm pregnant now (very early days) and it is important to have protein every day so I'm forcing myself to eat meat. I'm really looking forward to getting back to being mostly veggie again. One day I'd also like to be vegan, but for now I took the decision that chicken was important.

Hey forMoria I have gone vegan really recently. I do say “mostly” as I do still eat fish on occasion. I will go back to fish and organic chicken when pregnant. I have gone vegan because I have endometriosis ( not eating eggs, surprisingly, seems to be contributing to me feeling really well when off the pill which isn’t normal for me). Good luck 🍀🍀🍀🍀
