Today I had my first OB visit outside of the fertility clinic. My last appointment was 10 days ago, I graduated 😃. I stopped all my fertility medications 1 week ago and the baby is doing fine. No ultrasound today but heartbeat is strong. My anxiety has been through the roof the entire time. Sometimes I feel guilty that I haven't been able to enjoy the pregnancy like the average mother. I am blessed and extremely grateful for this milestone. Everyday is a step forward. Still praying for the rest of you ladies during your journey as well.

Congratulations on graduating from your Clinic. 🎉🥳You say you have now stopped your fertility medications. Do you mind me asking did you continue with ubiquinol/coq10 after transfer ? I have chosen to even though mixed advise on when to stop.

I took Coq10 during egg retrevial. The clinic told me that it helps with the quality of my eggs. After that, I started taking Omega fish oil for the transfer and now they are recommending it throughout my entire pregnancy
