My wife is feeling severe cramps and struggling to sit straight. So worried that this is a bad sign and have our 7 week scan tomorrow. Anyone else have experienced bad cramps during 2ww?

I had & still have cramps most days during this pregnancy ( I'm 18 weeks pregnant now ). I wouldn't describe them as particularly severe though but have had to take paracetamol at times. I posted on here panicking & was mainly told that it's fairly normal & as long as your not bleeding it's probably ok. I hope the scan brings you good news x

Not to stress you more but there can be the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy?

I would call your GP/clinic, pain should not be so severe. Hugs.

Cramping is very common but they shouldn’t be unbearable.. Good luck for the scan tomorrow. Perhaps you’ll update us soon.. xx
