Am I right to be concerned?

Hi ladies, I'm 5+2 weeks pregnant today and have had what I thought was either a stomach bug or food poisoning since Saturday, bad cramps after I eat but after going to the toilet they go. I've been having random cramps today and for some reason I just thought I'd check my cervix. It was closed but now it's open. I thought once it was closed it stayed closed or am I wrong? Now thinking this could be about to all go wrong.

Have you contacted your early pregnancy unit at the hospital? Best to give them a call to be on the safe side xx

Edited to add I have no knowledge of this, just that any concerns in early pregnancy are always best worth a call to the unit xx
