Endo and ovulation.... caster oil pack???

Ovulation is the worst time off the month for me , pain wise. Just trying caster oil pack on stomach . Has anyone tried it? How long do you leave it on for please ?

Hi lovely, I hear you when you say ovulation worst time of month it was by far mine pain wise have you got problems with your tubes? I used castor oil packs twice a week I'd leave them on for 1- 1.30 hour remember to massage the area too. Hope it helps hun 😘💞
