Back muscle pain 😰 What can i take.....

I am litterally getting no were with my gp i rang yesterday pleading for an appointment (impossible) the best they could do was leave a query note for the doctor 😀 thats been in his box since yesterday 3pm i keep ringing up chasing and chasing i am getting absolutely no were... hoping once again you lovely ladies have any advice .. i have pulled a muscle in my back ive tried massage, paracetamol, deep heats and co-codamol ive been told by my clinic i cant take any anti-inflammatory medication/ibuprofen.. im at a loss as to what i can take to ease it.... i feel a rub would be better but so many of them contain ibuprofen .. ive woken up in agony today its worse than ever ... egg transfer booked in for Tuesday im feeling so deflated today one thing after another 😐....

Im thinking thats the next step im trying my best to try and stay away from that place but i dont think ive much choice atm 😰 Xx

Have you been to an osteopath? Maybe they can relieve it?

I know timings so crappy finding a pluss its taking my mind of tuesday for sure .... theres an osteopath in my practice its impossible to get an appointment though praying he rings me back ive had another rant on the phone promised an after dinner callback 🀞🏻 xx

I am good! Sweaty hormonal mess haha but all good.

What about even a private osteopath or physio that you could see to see if they can rub/manipulate your back? Obviously it would cost but shouldnt be too much for one appt. The only other thing I can think of is a hot bath as it looks like you've tried everything else. Hope you get something sorted out soon, know how sore this can be!xx
