2ww day 10 and bleeding

It's our first go at IVF and I'm full on bleeding now, not just spotting, so am pretty sure it's not worked for us. Can anyone advise me what to do please? Carry on taking the progesterone and do the test on day 14 anyway? I'm in full on period now so it feels a bit pointless. Am gutted, was so hopeful

Have you told your clinic? Mine said to keep going with meds until test day....But I wasn't bleeding heavily...

Not sure what other ladies will think...

Yes just in case - nothing is straight forward in this IVF journey.

I would keep going with them. I’ve had 2 failed attempts and was similar. I knew myself it hadn’t worked but wanted to just make sure x

Hi im really sorry to read this. I started spotting on day 10 and by day 12 I was full on bleeding. I called my clinic and they advised me to carry on with my pessaries and clexane injections until my test day, which is tomorrow. I'm pretty sure with the amount I've bled that my embie wouldn't have survived and I've prepared myself for tomorrow. Definitely give your clinic a call tomorrow as they will be able to advise you and advise you what to do if the bleeding gets really bad xx
