Constipation using cyclogest suppositories

So I started progesterone suppositories (anally, sorry TMI) on Saturday and i’m feeling so blocked up & uncomfortable. Some of the bloating could still be from egg collection but it feels like my digestion system is in slo-mo. Any tips beyond drinking water & walking? Going to stick to high fibre foods today but nervous they’ll all get stuck and make me feel worse! Have embryo transfer tomorrow (hopefully!) .

I got - Ortis Fruits & Fibres Chewable from Holland and Barrett and really helped. They are gentle and natural....

Worked for me anyway!

I was horrendously constipated after EC... I promise you it does get better! In the meantime, Fybogel sachets & Activia prune yoghurts really helped me x

Cyclogest suppositories actually helped me go more than I normally would but i’m constipated anyway. Aside from tonnes...and I mean tonnes of water, hot drinks in particular help with peristalsis buy I find All Bran has really helped me and prune juice plus lots of veg (cauliflower/brocolli). A decent bowl of All Bran a day will get things moving on it own anyway 😉xxx
