Good luck Naz, don’t worry! It can’t have done any harm. I had my transfer in America and had lots of walking all over the airport the day after my transfer and I got my bfp so don’t worry. A lot of clinics say you can lead a normal life but no heavy lifting, over exertion, hot baths. Good luck xxx

Thankyou
Yeh I agree Naz. My consultant told me to keep active, said I could have gone back to work etc. I think it’s normal to get pains around ovaries, our bodies have been through a lot over the last few weeks. Try not to worry xx
If you had a fresh transfer your ovaries will have been through a lot. Everything is still tender and settling. You won’t have done any harm, in fact you’ll be keeping your circulation in tip top condition xx
