Pain in right ovary area

Has anyone had any experience of this? I have PCOS, and irregular cycles. I've had a lap done and this has not shown endo. I had HSG about 4 years ago and no blocked tubes. However since this i had a ruptured ectopic so dont have a left tube. I don't think it's ovulation pain as the pain starts worsening around day 28 although it's hard to tell when my cycle ranges from 26 days to 6 months!! The pain feels like something is stuck and moving, like a stitch almost. I've had scans and they can't see anything obvious. I'm having another scan on Monday as well. Any suggestions or advice on this please, I'm so fed up with it xxx

Hi, i totally sympathise with this... i had a lap end of march and they took away my right tube.... it seems every month i get this dull ache in that region... it feels like something is stuck or my ovary has grown into a massive ball or something.... i find it difficult to lay on that side.... but after a couple of days the ache just goes... i also find when im up and about i cant feel it but as soon as i sit down and lay down it flares again xx
