Feeling dizzy and odd post trigger

Anyone ever felt odd after trigger? I triggered last night at 8.30pm and for the last 2 hours I’ve felt nauseous, dizzy, just oddly spaced out and a bit heart racy. It’s a bit disconcerting as I’ve never felt like this before.

Hi Orla, I do recall feeling a bit rotten after the trigger. After 10 odd days of hormones and then one last big dose, I’d say it’s only to be expected. Not very nice though. Hope your symptoms lift a bit soon and if you’re worried or they get any worse, I wouldn’t hesitate to ring the number your clinic gave you for out of hours queries xx

Thank you, it subsided after a few hours, was like having vertigo! Must have been hormones xx

I never had it after the trigger but I did have those feelings after my first buserelin injection. It's probably the hormones and maybe a bit of anxiety? It's a pretty big deal what you've just done! Glad you're feeling better now though xx

Thanks, it’s my 5th trigger so strange it’s never happened before, but luckily it’s all passed now. 11 hours til collection... 🤞🏼🍀
