Negative hpt but positive blood result?

Just wondering, has anyone had a negative hpt but gone on to have a positive result from the blood test? I’m currently 7 days post 5 day fet and am trying to cling onto some hope... although realistically, I know it’s not going to be the result I want

Blood test is much more sensitive therefore it is totally possible xx

It’s tomorrow. I’ve had 3 positives resulting in one perfect little girl and they all showed before the OTD so I really feel like it’s over. It was our last frozen embryo too so it’s back to square one for us. I really REALLY thought this one was going to take. Yesterday was a really bad day, lots of tears at the negative hpt. I’m going to make an appointment to get started again right away. I feel like time is slipping away and just want this chapter of our lives over with!
