Unfortunately my all day nausea started at 4+1 and I was drinking less than 500mls so ended up on tablets 😞 I did try the bands, ginger biscuits, melon, rich teas, callipos the lot before resigning myself to going to the gp. I’d say give some stuff a try, I did find it better to eat an apple before getting out of bed on a morning (rather than a dry biscuit with a dry mouth!) I also promise it will get better, I’m 15 weeks and today is my first day fully med free, I’ve been weaning down from 3 tablets a day since 12 weeks 😊 All the best finding something that works for you x
I drink about 6 pints of water over the day , I’m thirsty all the time. So far I didn’t throw up ! Thank god .. it’s so weird ! I saw two heartbeats and ever since I feel sick 🤢 maybe I’m sh**** myself lol 😂 !
I can’t eat sweets which is not normal for me . But salty crackers - I could have all the time .
Funnily enough I’ve gone off chocolate 🤔 I have a posh box hubby bought me for my birthday 2 months ago and I still have half left which is unlike me! Once the meds kicked in I lived off salty crisps and lucozade for a while until it got a little better 😂 Its good you can still drink though, just eat what you fancy for now 😊 I was only sick 5 times......4 before meds and 1 after, it was the nausea that was causing the problem. A friend of mine had IVF twins, you’ll be fine x
Hi Silvanti, nothing seems to work for me but I do find eating before hunger hits helps a bit. Ice cold water, icy fruit. Everyone has different tastes and different aversions. I hope it passes soon!! Xxx
Morning. I'm currently in the same situation. Last 2 weeks it's been a constant feeling. The band's didn't work for me. But I'm currently sitting eating dry cornflakes like a bag of crisps and it really seems to help.
Other than that ginger biscuits and dry crackers are making it bareable.

Mango juice and sometimes pure coconut water helps me to cope with nausea n vomiting. Hope you will feel better soon. Xx
