Hi, I found mini chedders and ready salted crisps worked for me. Also the fizzy fruity water you get from Tesco. Just force yourself to eat/drink it and seems to work x

I feel your pain!! I've been to docs for meds and signed off work. Wasn't coping. Seabands work for some, ginger and regularly sipping fluids to keep hydrated. Try eating every couple hours, little and often. Even if its just a cracker. Hope you feel better soon x

I would defo recommend speaking to your doctor hun if its too much to cope with. I was assured previous to going that they understand how debilitating nausea and vomiting in pregnancy can be. I seen a female and requested a note. She was very understanding, although i'm sure male doctors would be greattoo! X

Plain snacks little and often. No fruit juice, spicy foods, rich foods. Keep sipping water! Good luck - I’ve had 6 weeks of it and hopefully just coming out the other side! Xx

I agree, little and often. Don't let yourself get hungry because that makes you feel worse then you don't want to eat and then you feel even worse and it's just a downward spiral!

It really is horrendous and I feel your pain - mine lasted from week 4 to 20 and I really thought it was never going to end but it does just hold in there! Like others have said eat little and often and drink water even if you don't want to - sickness bands did help to a point and always have a snack (and a bag/Tupperware!) with you at all times and do see your gp if it becomes unbearable! Hope it passes soon x

Is it due to ohss? Just been looking at your previous posts and wondering whether you need to be kind to yourself and stay off work for a while as it subsides if so xx

Is it a morning sickness or something else? If it’s just abnormal condition, then try to eat a peppermint candy or gum. It works out in my case when I feel bad riding in the vehicle.

If you got food poisoning, you’d better try to vomit and drink lots of water.

I hope you’ll find a proper answer

Have a brilliant health

Sendin' lots of love

try a nice cup of peppermint tea as I find that helps when I have a dodgy stomach as its nice and soothing.
