Looking for advice!!

So following my cp last month my af finally arrived yesterday just two days late!! (Thought it would be a bad one and it sure is)

To prepare for my fet I have to track my ovulation so they can decide if I do a natural one or medicated!!

When do I start tracking my ovulation as I don’t want to miss it!!

Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you xxx

I start ovulation testing from about day 10 of my cycle and test each morning. Im currently doing my 2nd natural cycle and seem ovulate around day 14. x

Thank you, my cycles are usually around 30 days, but this ones been a bit messed up with the miscarriage! But I did ovulate after it but I’m unsure what day it was!!

I might start from day 10 and just see how I get on! I can usually feel when I’m about to ovulate as I seem to no my body inside and out these days!! Xxx

I’m not sure if it’s the same but for TTC with ovulation sticks the sticks will give you a day on the instructions to start testing depending upon cycle length. That’s how I track my ovulation; I prefer to use clearblue ones as it gives you a smiling face when LH surge is detected as supposed to looking at lines!!

P.s my period was heavy after my miscarriage sucks doesn’t it. xoxo

I thought it might of been but wasn’t too bad just being two days late!!! Might just mean it might come a bit earlier next month!!

It’s definitely a bad one but think I expected that too!!

I’ve got lots of the strip ones so think I’ll just start from day 10 and see how I get on!

It depends on how well you know your cycle I guess. I unusually start tracking around day 14 but I know I usually ovulate around day 18-20. The guidance for those who don’t know or have a regular 28 day cycle is 10 days so maybe do that for this month to be on the safe side?
