Stage 3 endo and iui??

I have stage 3 endometriosis done a lap before to remove cyst now I have two cyst on my right ovary small ones!! My tubes aren’t blocked I ovulate every month, but I have very low egg count? My husbands semen is great!! Should I try at least one round of iui? Please any advise??

Have a chat with your specialist to see whether it's worth a try. He/she may want you to have IVF to ensure that your endometrial lining is monitored properly.. Good luck with whatever is decided. Diane

Hi. IUI is good to go. However, like the previous poster, I would suggest IVF. See, IVF has a higher success rate. And it's definitely worth a try. But sometimes it may take more than one attempt. Don't be discouraged by it. The results are nevertheless beautiful! I also have endo. Through thick and thin, we tried and failed. Never had a baby. I had a BFP once long ago. But that also ended in MC. Years later, husband and I decided on surrogacy. We would have gone for IVF but couldn't due to hysterectomy.
