7 weeks and spotting is back ?

This is driving me crazy. It has stopped for a while so was finally starting to relax and not panic soo much and now this has started again. I phoned clinic yesterday and nurse was supposed to phone me back. Still not heared from them after ringing again today 😠 I don't know what to do. Should I panic ladies even though it is still brown in colour ?

Hi daydreamer, my GP says spotting is common in first trimester as I had some brown spotting as well and I’m 5 weeks. However, I would see your GP for peace of mind, maybe try following up with the clinic again?

When I was pregnant I bled quite heavily at 7 and 14 weeks. He is now a strapping 29 year old police officer. I know it’s hard not to worry though. Ring the hospital and tell them how you feel about them not ringing you back and don’t let them fob you off. Sending hugs xx

I had brown on and off until 9w6d. Had several scans at epu and all ok and my little boy is 6 months old today. Very common in early pregnancy. I think I spotted more if I had been overdoing things or would have been around the time of my period, other times just random x

Try not to panic (easier said than done) I bleed for 3 full weeks sometimes red, brown, pink etc and everything was ok xx

Thank you ladies. I have calmed down now it seems to of stopped for the minute. It did the same yesterday and stopped in the evening. I have increased my cyclogest now just in case and seen my Gp who has booked me in to my epu Thursday to make sure everything is ok but in the meantime they said to rest and not do much really and if it gets any worst to go straight to a&e. Such a relief to see that it is ok and it's all been fine for you ladies. Thank you xx

I’m glad I have seen this I’m around 7 weeks and had nothing until this morning pinky and brown in wiping it has went away tonight wasn’t much but totally made me panic as I’ve been fine until now ! My scan is Monday so need that reassurance !! X

It's so scary isn't it. Only has to be a small amount to send me into a panic. I'm sure everything will be fine at your scan. Same day as mine so looking forward to seeing your update. How you feeling other than stressed lol xx

It's just the progesterone playing up for me other than that and odd spotting I have been ok. Would go through it all again tho if I means we finally get to have our baby in our arms. Glad your well x

I know lovely. I hate to moan but I be glad to stop these pessaries at 12 weeks. I'm thinking the spotting is back as I lowered the dose of cyclogest for my muscles so I have increased it again now. I would rather suffer the muscle aches and know my baby is ok. Thank you I'm hoping after 12 weeks I will be fine xx

I dont think you're moaning at all and even if you were you would be perfectly entitled, it must be a nightmare! Hopefully the pain doesnt get too bad again, maybe the break will have helped!xx
