Hey all..

Just another update and potential post to encourage someone searching for similar reassurance at some point on the future.

So first beta 11dp5dt-486

Second beta 18dp5dt -5199

On 6 +3weeks saw spotting . Dark brown, looked like stale blood so didn't panic and it was only in progesterone discharge and when I wiped. This lasted a day or two maximum.

On 7+4weeks I saw bright red blood on panty liner. Enough to make my heart skipped a beat but still didn't panic. This light pinkish blood carried on when I wiped for all that evening.

Woke up next morning had a peep and toilet was very red from the blood.

Anyway, it eventually stopped on that day with the odd spot here and there.

What kept me sane was that I didn't have any severe cramps etc etc .

Eventually on 7+5weeks got a reassurance scan at EPU and to my surprise it's twins. Two very strong ❤ heart beats. (Picture attached)

Blood isn't always bad guys. They say it might be where the placenta is starting to do it's thing.

Hope this encourages someone scrolling looking for hope at the sight of blood.

Sending us all best wishes on our journeys.

Hi OurMiracleBabies. Well your little one look firmly stuck in there. Always keep an eye out for any infections too, which is a common cause for bleeding. Hope all continues as it should. Diane

Hey, congrats! I had a bit of bleeding/spotting now and then with our twins. It can be fairly common to spot in early pregnancy and more so with twins. I had a bit later on too....just for some reassurance. Good luck fellow twin mumma.xxx
