Vitamins etc after EC

Sit tight with what you have and keep going with what you have. By transfer you’ll probably move to pregnacare x

I just continued with my vitamin d and folic acid which I had already been taking haven’t added anything x

Hi mrs_m_shizzle_dizzle. I would just stick with a regular good quality pre-conception multivitamin. This will have the required a mount of Folic Acid, but just check the Vitamin D cntent, which is important. This ideally should be 10 micrograms daily, so add to it if not enough in what you have. I just stayed with folic acid and vitamin d x

The only thing I was told to ensure I wasn't taking was Vitamin A. Other than that I just kept taking all the supplements I'd been taking for months prior - most important of which is of course the folic acid.
