Forgotten Progynova?

Morning, me again!

So I'm now 4dp5dt. I can't for the life of me remember if I took my Progynova This Morning, my brain is shocking at the moment! 😂

Should I take another just in case I didn't, or wait until my next dose at 3pm?

I personally don’t think it will do any harm either way (not taking one even though you might have forgotten or taking one and it’s an extra) so I’d just do whatever you feel best doing 🙂 xxx

Hi Becky I had the same dilemma on my 2WW but I was more sure than not that I hadn’t taken it I phoned my clinic and they said to take one regardless better to have more than not enough was there stance on it good luck xx

I can never quite remember if I have taken it so I have bought one of those pill boxes like old people, cut the strips up and put the right number in each day! I feel like I’m ancient and forgetful but they’re so small, you can’t even tell you’ve taken them!!

Honestly it has been worth it... and I’ll have it ready for when I actually hit old age!!! 😂
