Progynova vaginally how?

Hello, my doctor instructed me to take progynova 2 tablets vaginally but i was wondering how? The nurse said to just insert the oral tablet but i also heard that its better if its crashed and applied. I am very confused and i am wondering if Anyone has done this and in what way? I would really appreciate it.

This was me, so confused a couple of months ago. Just pop the whole pill up there (yes the same as the oral one) I push it up as far my finger will go and lie down for 10 minutes. It will absorb. Good luck xx

Thank you so so much! That is greatly appreciated! I am on a big dose of oestrogen 10 mgs per day and two patches of 100 mcgs every alternate day! I find it lots but i need my lining to increase in 4 days!

Hi hun , it will dissolve itself my nurse told me you can use both back side too but she advise me she prefer me to use it at the back. It’s very soft if your using vaginaly just push it inside and it will go in.

Thanks! Tried it and was fine! fingers crossed the lining will increase for my embryo transfer. I need it to go up by 4mm is 6 and needs to be 9 or 10 ideally! Last time it went to 11 with fresh cycle but it took 12 days stimulation
