Progesterone pessaries increase body temperature?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if the progesterone pessaries can increase your body temperature? I’ve been feeling really warm the last few days, not to the point of sweating but definitely feeling it. I have had a bit of a sore throat but nothing major. So not sure if it’s the pessaries, sore throat or if AF is trying to make her way 😢

Yes they can make u feel hot they tend to mirror very similar symptoms to AF I often woke with hot sweats when taking them x

Yes indeed. I especially had this at night in bed and often woke up and was very sweaty.

Thanks for this. I'm starting my progesterone on Saturday and will know it's normal if this happens. Yesterday I had really bad shakes and sweating for a few minutes and wondered if it's the oestrogen I'm taking.

I wouldn’t be surprised. I know last week my legs cramping, feeling shaky and weak, but only lasted a day. I think these hormone drugs just throw everything out of whack.
