Always something - now fsh too high

So just a little update, I got the results back from my vaginal swabs and all came back fine, had my ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound and they'e come back fine also but now my fsh has come back too high at 14 and needs to be 12 and below to qualify for nhs funded ivf. When this was tested in April 2016 it was 3.7 in Dec 2016 it was 5.2 and now it's 14. I was late coming on my period by 5 days in my last cycle and was told to do the test anywhere between day 2 - 4. Because of the way my cycle fell I had to have my blood test done on day 3. The hospital want to re run the blood test on my next cycle to see whether the result was a mistake (I am hoping to get in on day 2 next time ). This is the only thing now holding us back but time is against us because my blood test for my AMH will only be valid for a couple more months as it took them over 7 weeks to get the results from the lab (and I am concerned that this will decrease again). I just feel like once one thing gets sorted and I "pass the test" that my body gives up on something else and that has to be "fixed" next. Ive started taking vitamin d and ubiquinol 100mg a day but just dont know what to do for the best and wonder whether they will help. Any advice is much appreciated.

Dhea drove mine right down - from 22.5 to 9 over around 4 months. You could try that straight away?xx

You can always go in on day 1 of your cycle... 😳 and pretend its day 2... naughty I know, but we should all be entitled to funding so maybe it will sway it lower too...

Thanks for your reply x I have been looking into dhea after you suggested it in one of my earlier posts. It seems like a complete minefield though. Which version did you take and where did you get it from? Xx

I got the MRM brand from the US site ipumpshop, you’d have to pay for the express shipping to get started quickly I guess. You’d have to think about it but for me it was a no brainier and my consultants have all been on board with it xx
