I had my first fet yesterday and I've just made myself a dinner which was relatively spicey (although it's only got two teaspoons of chilli powder in and some chilli kidney beans to create the spice)
Obviously they tell pregnant women to eat spicey food to bring on labour so now I'm worried I'll have affected my chances of it working? Can spicey food affect implantation?

The stories about spicey food bringing on labour have no evidence to them- ladies in countries where a lot of spice is eaten get pregnant and have normal deliveries. Don’t worry- you will be fine. Your body is stronger than you think. I would just avoid food that pregnant women should not eat. Good luck!
Hiya, I had exactly the same worry when I had my FET. I even posted it on here as it really stressed me out...needless to say I'm now 38wks pregnant post the FET so I had nothing to worry about and I'm sure you won't either. Good luck!! Xx
I know! 3wks tops as I'll be induced at 41wks if he hasn't made an appearance!...been on mat leave for 2wks now and making the most of my free time before the real fun begins 😂 Hope I'm ready for it...and I hope this next time is for u, I really do! Xxx
I understand your concern but I’ve never heard of, or been told not to eat anything spicy in the tww. Look how many births there are in India for example, no problem with spicy foods there. Good luck for the rest of your tww. I’m not going to be far behind you (I hope) xx
