I'm only 1dp 5dt but without thinking tonight I had spicy noodles with lots of chilli for dinner! Right? You may say...but I then stupidly Googled spicy food and implantation and it all says avoid!avoid!avoid!...now I'm sitting here thinking have I wrecked my chances? Especially as I had a spicy curry on transfer day. It just didn't occur to me as I eat spicy food all the time...but it suddenly hit me that it would be heating up my insides!!
What have I done? Maybe I should have a cold drink to cool me down?!
Please can someone give me a reality check before I go stark raving mad??!
Thanks lovelies xx

I tend to try and think of all the people in the world that eat hot food every day that fall pregnant naturally with no problems for this sort of thing! Im sure youll be fine 😘 xx
Yeah that did occur to me. I eat spicy food all the time so I hope my body is just used to it. It's funny that you can be fine one minute on this journey, them one silly thought and it all comes tumbling down 🙈
Thanks for replying and helping to put my mind at rest xxx
I agree, ive had my fair share of ups and downs xx
Please don't give yourself a hard time-google has much to answer for! The way I see it is women who aren't trying do many things you are not supposed to- drinking alcohol, smoking, having loads of caffeine and these women still fall and babies are perfectly fine and healthy! I know it's hard coz we all want to do everything we can to have the best chance of it working. Don't let the demons cloud your head- you haven't ruined your chances. xoxo
I worried 1st time about that as we eat hot food all the time but there's plenty of countries in the world where hot food is all they eat and they still have babies x
Ahh I'm sure it won't make a smidge of difference! I had in my head at the time that implantation would be around 3dp5dt as well so even if it would have an impact (which I'm sure it won't), maybe too early anyway?! Xx
When I got my BFP I didn't do/eat anything differently I just carried on as normal. The first thing I ate after transfer was a Big Mac! I personally think what you eat or don't eat doesn't make a difference! Keeping calm as possible does though so don't worry yourself! Keep as calm as possible 🤞🏽 x
Ha ha ha We all have these thoughts! My nurse after she did transfer said "off you go and relax, there's nothing you can do now. Just don't lift anything heavy". So I'm sure although we question everything, it probably makes no difference! I'm 6dp5dt and also going crazy. Had a few cramps this avo which isn't helping my state of mind! We're getting there!xx
Ah thanks everyone...I'm much calmer today. Although currently having a night in with the girls watching them drink prosecco whilst I "enjoy" my fizzy water! 😒 xxx
