IVF first timer

I am just about to embark on IVF for the first time. I am interested to know about recommendations I have read on forums about ubiqinol and DHDP. Does anyone know where the best place is to buy these? I can find Q10 in boots, which is ubiquinose rather than ubiquinol. Not a fan of just buying product from the internet without pharmacist advice.

I was recommended by a fertility acupuncture lady I was seeing a while ago to eat lots of brazil nuts, take 1000mg krill oil and she also recommended pacific salmon (not a massive fan of it but there we go!).

I can see the red meat is a high source of ubiquinol but probably in quite low doses compared to buying tables.

Any suggestions welcome! Thank you.

Hi!

I’ve been getting ubiquinol from Holland and Barrett’s. It’s about £45 a bottle though so I doubt that’s the cheapest place but at least you know you can get it there.

Good luck xx

I buy ubiquinol from Amazon. Quite a bit cheaper than Holland and Barrett. I take that as well as a good conception multi vitamin, vitamin d, Omega 3 (dha and epa), royal jelly as well as high strength vitamin c and e!!

hello there. I think you have made a very nice decision and in no time you will be expecting. I hope that everything goes very right for you in the meantime. You seem like a very strong woman to be which is why you are putting all this effort in taking care of yourself. That is very responsible for you and self-love and self-care is very very necessary for these times. The way that you are taking care of your every little need and following whatever your doctor is advising you. I have really seen people who blow up huge amount of money on their treatments and do not follow the doctor's advice the way they should and then they end up failing the whole treatment t and in the end they blame the doctor for not treating them the right way whereas it is their own fault for not taking care of themselves. I think that the thing you need will be easily available on Amazon. I wish you a very best of luck do keep us updated with everything.
