Boob Pain

Guys!

I've got excruciating "electric shock" like pain going through my left boob!!

Ive got no idea why! due AF yesterday & nothing - although that is nothing unusual, but this pain is unbelievable! what could be causing it? & what could soothe it?

Yesterday my whole nipple on that side felt like it was being ripped off, and this pain alongside it today

Ouch that sounds so sore. Would putting heat on it help?? Nothing worse than having sore boobs. It hurts to do everything. Hope it passes soon x

ive tried heat and cold! nothing seemed to work, even painkillers didnt touch it! seems to have gone off today - hoping it was just a pre AF symptom! we will see! thank you for your reply xx

Could be an infection in a milk duct. I had this, felt like a red hot poker stabbing pain through boob. Wasnt pregnant or anything. Needed antibiotics to clear it up.

thankyou! it seems to have subsided today strangely! will see how i go and book an appointment at the doctors if it doesnt get any better!

Mine used to come and go as well.

Hot water eases it. If you see any red patches it indicates an infection.
