Blood tests

Hi all, so I've got the list of blood tests required for next (private) round. I've booked in at my GP for the usual ones but I'm wondering about the LSH/FH and Progesterone. They need to be done at certain times on my cycle and whilst I'm hoping my cycle will be back to regular I don't think I'll be able to get the blood tests done for these at the right time. I previously got bloods done at a hospital which was just a case of turning up (so didn't need to book an appointment) but I'm just wondering if I can get this done again, particularly for LH & FSH on Day 1-3. The receptionists at my GP practice don't have a clue which might mean I have to speak to GP again but last time I had to wait a week just for phone appointment! Do you think I can call the hospital, get them to confirm they can do it, then just ask my GP to refer me? Sorry I could get done in clinic but trying to save the pennies!!

Hi Lilli79. Your GP should be able to give you a form to go "wherever" on Day 2 or 3 of your next cycle, probably at your local hospital or clinic. Good luck. Diane
