I'm in my last week (hopefully) before EC. I can't remember anything from last year, so can anyone please offer me any help/advice on anything I should be doing to prepare my body for EC & ET.

I drank pomegranate juice before and after EC, after EC I had a couple of days off to rest and drank loads of water. Then after ET I ate pineapple including the core for 5 days and Brazil nuts. Also kept my feet warm as they say ‘warm feet is a warm uterus’ - got to be worth a try I thought xx
E_05 , how many days past ET are you ? Wanted to know if the pomegranate and pinapple worked for you...

I fell pregnant but found out last week I’ve had a MMC at 9 weeks. It’s hard to tell if it works or not as I ate pineapple on my previous cycles to and they were unsuccessful but I definitely think it’s worth trying anything. For me personally it gave me a bit of control during a situation I had none. Good luck x
I drank loads of pomegranate juice approaching my ET and all through the 2ww, I didn't eat pineapple as read good and bad about it, also didn't eat nuts as I am allergic to them. Like E_05 i did keep my feet nice and warm and slept in socks even though it was summer and red hot lol xx

I did lots of protein pre EC then lots and lots of water and gently active throughout the 2ww. Good luck! Xx
