Hiya I once forgot mine also I used to do them at 8am and 8pm and I was already in London for work when I realized I had forgot🙈 I rang my clinic and they told me that should be taken same time and wouldn't say it would be ok to take later and then not be if you can I would go home and get them otherwise you going to panic I told work I had forgotten my insulin which they couldn't say no to! Hey, I'm not sure? It's strange because my clinic said pessarie to be taken roughly 12 hours apart but some people are asked to take them both at same time? So it makes me wonder why it's so different and how important the 12 hour gap is?

Anyway, same thing happened to me yesterday. Forgot to take my pessarie to work, should have taken it around 7pm but didn't take it until 9pm when I got home from work.

I just thought to myself it's a one off and so many people are told to take it in so many different ways will it really make a huge difference if once the times are slightly off? I decided it hopefully wouldn't and just took it when I got home.

What times have you been taking them? Is it just 2 daily? Xxx

I was just told morning and evening - I do try and take them at roughly same time and have set daily reminders on my phone.. I do 9pm and 8am but this morning was more like 10am...I'd ring the clinic for advice and then if you need to you can go home and just say you're not well or something x

I just rang the clinic she said its fine because i would have only missed 1 and to take it once im home around 7pm and then leave the night time one and carry on as normal tomorrow.

I have been told to take 3 a day 8 hours apart!! So i do mine at 6am - 2pm - 10pm and have alarms set as well because my memory is awful!

Thank you guys xxx
