What do you find helpful to vent?

I've recently taken to creating an instagram account to vent and track the rest of my journey. I'm finding it really cathartic and helpful to see how far I've already come over the years. It's also helping me connect with others all over the world who have been through similar circumstances. Anyone else?

That sounds like a really good idea, i vent better from writing things down but don't really 'do' anything in particular to help. I often go to the beach when I feel like I need to get away from it all though. Good luck on your journey x
