Hot Flushes After HsG?!

Hi Hope everyone is well. I had HsG 2 months ago which was clear. From about 2 weeks after it I have had terrible hot flushes!! I am sweating so much and feel like I could shower times a day!! Has anyone ever had this or is this even possibly related to HsG? I'm only 28 and slightly freaking out I sound like my menopausal mum!!! Haven't spoke to GP/Consultant but starting to think I should phone tomottow
