Hi guys. Starting my ivf at end of this month. Wanted to know any foods that can assist ivf and what I should avoid. Any tips welcome. X

I've cut out caffeine and alcohol completely. In terms of foods avocados are supposed to be really beneficial, beetroot, almonds, spinach/kale. If your on Pinterest go on there and search IVF diet I got loads of ideas from there x

I've also bought some Maca powder and been putting it in smoothies it's supposed to be really good for fertility again if u put into Pinterest it gives u lots of advice and tips - can't u tell I love Pinterest lol

Hi, I can recommend fertile by Emma cannon. It's a brilliant book and has a whole section on recipes. I made my own meal planner from this book during the stimming stage! Good luck!
