2nd ivf tips

Hello everyone. I'm starting my 2nd treatment this month and I'm looking for tips on how to improve implantation chances for a successful ivf with fibriods biggest one is 4.3. Any thing at all I just need to do somthing this time. It's our last nhs treatment. Thanks.

Hi Abbie, have you considered taking meds to decrease the size if the fibroid or having it removed before continuing with ivf. A family member if mine had this op earlier in the week to improve her chances. Best of luck xx

Yes I was on prostap injection for 6 months to reduce the size.

Acupuncture is brilliant. My daughter has been having it and it doubled the amount of follicles she normally produces. She also had it after egg transfer and she is now 6+1 weeks pregnant xxx

Thats great congratulations to your daughter. I'm going to try acupuncture not sure if I have enough time though because treatment starts in 2 weeks.

I think you will have time to feel some benefit even though it is only two weeks x

I don't know much about fibroids.i just want to wish you well and also pack your diet with superfoods.Avocado, maca powder, baobab powder. I had alot of those for my last treatment.im not sure if they helped but I'm almost 26 weeks pregnant with one baby after fet with our last two embies.

Hi

I had fibroids 2 was really big, (still have them)

For my 2nd ivf cycle

I give up drinking in March 2017 after my birthday night out, took seven seas pre pregnant baby tablets daily , I gave up caffeine, chocolate & alcohol and ate healthy made sure I had me 5 a day and drank lots of water,

I truly believe this help prepared my body for this cycle, I also try to think positive all the time, which is easier said than done, also my husband took trying to convince tablets from March up till his bit of the cycle.

My cycle started at the end of July 2017 and it was thankfully successful & I now have a little boy 8 weeks old (2 weeks corrected)
