Hi ladies, hope were well!

Really needing a bit of advice, up until about 9 months ago i was on the pill, we came off the pill to start concieving, i had already been diagnosed with pcos about 10 years ago, and about 4 months ago i was diagnosed with Hydrosalpinx in my left fallopian tube.

After coming off the pill my periods were regular and what i classed as normalish, well normal to me heavy bleeding, clots etc. However my last 4 cycles have become very irregular and alot shorter, my last cycle i came on 10 days earlier than expected i had two days of very heavy bleeding and pelvic pain/period pains and then absoloutly nothing, my cycle the month before was very similar. This is very unusual for me.

I can't get an appt to see my GP until september, i am at my gynaecologist a week on friday but he didn't seem bothered about my periods last time i saw him as he said all he was interested in was my hydrosalpinx.

Should i be concerned about my periods or not? Xx
