Egg collection: Any Advice?

Hi all,

I had my day 12 FSH scan this morning, and I'm finally ready for egg collection, which will take place on Monday.

Any advice or tips? It's the first time I've done this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hie.. i had my EC last Wednesday.. just relax and dont think too much about it.. you won't remember anything about it after anesthesia.. rest for the day and take plenty of fluids.. i am waiting for my ET.. my clinic will call me tomorrow.. good luck with your EC.. 😊

Wishing you lots of luck for your EC. Try not to worry, as A-Jay said you won't remember any of the actual procedure. I didn't realise before it but I wished I'd book the next day off (ended up taking it as sick) but I felt quite uncomfortable and the waiting for the phone call the next day i think is best had at home xx
