Egg collection soon - advice please

Hi all, it’s likely that I’ll be having my eggs collected on Monday. Have you got any advice or things to be aware of that’s might help? Will I be in pain afterwards? X

My egg collection was so straight forward, didn’t feel a thing and absolutely no pain after. Remember to bring dressing gown & slippers (I forgot my slippers!). Please try not to worry. Best of luck Xx

I was pain free after. Just a bit woozy from the sedation. You should be fine.

Take a pad to wear afterwards in case of spotting. I had a bit of cramping later that day but just took a couple of paracetamol and it was fine. Also resting the day after felt like the right thing for me. Just see how you feel. Good luck, you’ll be in safe hands xx
