2nd fresh cycle 🤞

Saw my consultant this afternoon and left feeling pleasantly surprised.

Although I have 1 frozen embryo left he said I can start a fresh cycle at the end of July, I know it's going to be a tougher journey that frozen but I have to keep hope that I fell pregnant on my first cycle and it can happen again.

Also asked about testing for NK cells he was quite dismissive but did say I could go on a low dose of steroids for a short time during my cycle.

I have to decide whether to have the endo scratch again - I know there is a lot of positivity for it but considering I fell pregnant without it and the 2x I have it have been unsuccessful I'm quite torn.

Hope everyone is getting on okay, anyone else due to start July x

Just wanted to say good luck hun! I had my follow up appointment aswell today, we have a plan in place to but I want to get my NK cell test done before. My consultant was quite happy for me to have it done, he said he would be interested in seeing the results. When I told him the person that is doing it in coventry he knew who it was!! Small world lol. I don't have dates etc but I'm going to take a break for a bit xx

Thank you, I was quite shocked he said I could have a fresh cycle. Glad you've got a plan in place think it helps having something to focus on in a strange way. Do you have embryos frozen? Xx

Yeah Hun we have 4 ❄️ ❄️❄️❄️ but hope one of those turns into our bundle of joy!! Xx

Can I ask why he's suggesting a fresh cycle when you have one frozen? It's something I've considered...

Because I fell pregnant from my fresh cycle but miscarried. I've had 2 frozen cycles each time transferring 2 embryos and both unsuccessful
