Hey, your definitely in the right place. Although every clinic is different I'm sure you'll gain lots of knowledge from everyone's experiences. I had my first IVF cycle last year, have you met with your consultant yet? For me personally after having all my tests, my husband and I met with my consultant and filled out paper work then met with my IVF nurse to get our start date x

Hi I'm due to see the consultant soon. Just feel worried and really need to stop researching. The consultant stated that if my HSG is clear we move straight to IVF, I thought maybe we could try clomid but she said no. Jus hoping it all goes well.

That's understandable and I know we're all guilty of turning to google but do trust your consultant. I tried clomid for 7 months with no success. I know how being told it's IVF can be daunting, if you want to private message to chat or ask me anything, I'm happy to try and help with some of your worries 🙂

Hi ladies, two days ago I received the call for our first consultation for IVF next month. I was started on clomid last April, fell pregnant in July but mc in September. Had two more cycles of cloned and fell pregnant again in January this year but again mc in March. Feel very lucky to be able to have IVF but at the same time feel nervous and a bit like a failure. Is that an awful thing to say? X

So sorry for you losses. No of course it's not, I think we all go through the thoughts of feeling like we've 'failed' but you definitely aren't a failure! That's why I love this group, were able to talk to others and realise that actually everything were feeling is quite 'normal' whatever that is lol x
