I saw this on fb. I can relate - I felt so much better when I found this forum. I was being heard by people who understand this whole process & that's helped me to accept.

Thanks for sharing Pumpkin. Very apt as I have had one friend visit today, and one friend phone and they were so sympathetic and good at letting me vent and cry. Truly healing.. and felt I was able to start letting some things go... (Some non ivf irritating things which have seemed so much worse recently!)

Sounds daft but after going for my 5th blood test in 10 days, at the EPAU today, the doctor had to take blood from the back of my wrist due to the mess of my arms with bruising, and had been so lovely listening to our ordeal, that after she took the blood - it was so painful in back of wrist - she said "you have been so brave" - those little words and acknowledgement made me cry!!! (Even if it did sound a little condescending haha).

Sometimes just someone acknowledging something like that makes a big difference.
