Having just been through my fourth miscarriage, I had an appointment last week with my amazing reflexology lady and discussed trying naturally and charting my cycle (temping, ovulation tests etc).
I have never been someone who ovulated naturally, apart from my very first miscarriage 7 years ago I've never conceived without some kind of help (Clomid/ICSI/FET).
I decided to start charting this month (to get into the habit of doing it more than anything, as I was already day 10/11). Well today I had a positive ovulation test! I'm going to carry on temping to see if I get a spike in the next couple of days as this will confirm ovulation, but it just made me think 'Wow! Our bodies are amazing!'
After being effectively shut down for the medicated FET, my body has recovered well and it seems things have clicked back into place. I only have one tube so chances of natural conception are reduced by about 30% but you never know..... just wanted to share
Xxxxxx

Hi Sprinkles86. Lovely to hear that you are feeling positive about the reflexology treatment you are receiving, and of course I really hope that you are successful with it. Sorry, to mention your unfortunate miscarriages, and maybe a silly question, but you did have them investigated I suppose? Keeping everything crossed for you, and of course for success with your trusted reflexologist, she's getting something right for you - great! Thinking of you. Diane
Hi Diane yes we have had the recurrent miscarriage screening done and all came back normal. They'd like me to go to a hospital in the midlands to have the uterine NK Cells testing done, so hopefully we can do that soon! My reflexologist is a wonderful lady, very supportive and has given me lots of useful info, so glad I found her xx
