Night sweats are awful and I find the tiredness they cause, causes me to feel moody and irritable. It's the drugs and it WILL pass!

I feel this same. I'm on day 6 Menopur and I feel so tired all the time 
, I could stay in bed all day xx Hope you feel better soon
