Hatching embryo transfer on day 5.
Hi. Yes it can happe, I’ve seen it. Keep going with your prescribed medication and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Good luck. Diane
I think hatching is a good thing from what I've read?? Super keen little embryo 💪💪
So you are now 3 days post 5 day transfer? On this forum people would usually call that "3dp5dt" just in case you want to do a search of others in a similar position!
People can get a positive test as early as 5dp5dt but it's a bit dangerous to test as you could have a successful pregnancy and the test not show positive until many days later so it may cause unnecessary worry. On the flip side it isn't uncommon to have a chemical pregnancy so the test shows faint positive for a couple of days then back to negative after a lot of false hope. Hence people always say to wait until test day as hard as it is!
Usually clinics suggest a final HCG blood test 10dp5dt or a home pregnancy test 12dp5dt. If using an frer (first response early response) home test those should be sensitive to also give a realistic result 10dp5dt.
Best of luck X
We did and it stuck!! Hatching embryos have better implantation rates good luck! I'd start testing at 10dp5dt, to avoid stress and confusion.
I had two hatching and two babies, was never shown the first than I got a bfp then early loss xx
Sorry for your loss. That’s sad.
No need to be sorry, I’m happy for it or I would have never got my two boys! I’d prefer a healthy baby with no struggles than one that wasn’t mean to be ❤️
hatching is best! Ours was hatching and is now my 4 month old. We got a positive on 7dp5dt - good luck!
thank you so much ladies. Your positive comments give me hope. I will update after my beta testing on 20th.
currently 14 weeks pregnant and mine was hatching. It was my 5th transfer and the first they said was hatching and it stuck! x
