I really suffered this time. And had a double blow... had a bleed during the last two weeks of bleed and then and the withdrawal bleed while injecting one week later. It was awful. Big clots, lots of pain... carrying spare underwear around with me...waking up in blood and sleeping on towels :(

I'm well trained...and I've had worse periods in my time than the last two - all part of my problems... even super tampons would need changing after 15 minutes. My top tips would be: wear tampons and panty liners, carry spare underwear, try to wear tights and skirts not jeans etc since it can get messy on clothes then too; try to drink more water - I'm not sure if it's proven but it helped me have less heavy thick bleeding. It didn't stop it but it did seem to make it less heavy...

Remember - it's horrid but short lived xx

Oh my gosh u you sound like u had a rough time with the bleeding hun...i to have had the clots that was my next question if this was normal also...even in the bath when u don't really bleed as much as a rule on a normal period...well this period it's a different story I had to have a shower from having the bath πŸ™ˆ..i will take us advice on board and just hope it calms down soon...did u find that ur period lasted longer than usual or the same amount of days ?. I have a scan on the 5th of may so I'm hoping it's stopped by then xx

Yes mine was horrific but it's a sign that you are getting rid of the lining which they want to happen before you start stims.

I was bleeding still at the time of the baseline scan and they had no issue in me starting stims.

Awww so its a good sign then? is that y I am having little clots aswel? If it's getting rid of the Lining then I won't complain cause that's what we need to happen...will they still do the scan if I'm bleeding ? X

Yes that's what they did for me. As long as the lining is below the value they need (can't remember what it was) you can still start stims bleeding. Think I was spotting for about first three days of stims

All I know is that despite all the clots and bleeding for about 2.5 weeks... (remember I was bleeding earlier than I was meant to be...) my lining was perfect! See: healthunlocked.com/fertilit...

Clearly it's good to bleed so heavily. However awful it is to live through it! x
