I haven't had icsi but I had IVF, we found out in January 2016 that we qualified for a free cycle after having all my tests done in 2015. After having more nurse appointments/consent signing etc I finally started ivf in May 2016 so a good few months we had of waiting. It also depends on your clinic and what their waiting lists are like.
Good luck with your journey, it seems scary (I think it's more the bit knowing what to expect) but it's not as scary as you think. I hope it all goes well x
Hi Liveinhope. Just wanted to wish you both well with this, and of course for success. If you have a look at fertilityfairness.co.uk you will be able to see what the waiting times are for your area. I'm sure some of the others here will fill you in on their experiences. Thinking of you. Diane
Hi, I've just had ICSI at the royal Shrewsbury. They're are really good and go through everything step by step, but are always there if you need to have a chat about anything. Unfortunately we weren't lucky on this cycle but hoping 2nd time lucky. Good luck your in good hands 😀X
