My clinic recommended a standard pregnancy multi-vitamin, so I took the pre-conception Pregnacare one. I think Zita West is well known for the DHEA supplements but I never took it.
Hi Gem. Mine told me to take a standard one but I take Biocare antenatal forte. My homeopath recommended them. They're not cheap but I do think they help. I get mine off Amazon. x
