Day before 8 week scan...

My scan is tomorrow morning to confirm if little bean(s) are in there. I've had about an hour of throbbing cramps in my uterus tonight though as well as the return of the UTI feeling (I had this at 2 weeks and it turned out not to be a UTI, nurses advised sometimes women get this because of increased hormones). But it's got me worried :( why am I still getting such intense cramps and weird brown mucusy discharge? Surely the implantation is over now? I think it's just hit me that tomorrow it's going to be yes or no and I'm just dreading going in there and getting bad news like last time I honestly don't think I can take it :( I feel so sore all the time surely it can't be right to still have these cramps and brown discharge at 8 weeks? I feel like I'm going mad with not knowing.

Thanks everyone. Cramps came back intense last night in bed, not so bad I couldn't move or anything but bad enough that, if it'd been a period pain I'd have had a hot water bottle and a nice dose of ibuprofen :( enough to whinge >__< just feel a bit crampy this morning but nowhere near as intense so we'll see in a few hours I guess thanks again ladies xx

Hi ya, I had exactly the same as you leading up to my 7 week scan, thankfully it was just implanting pain and luckily they found 2 heart beats 💗 💗 I'm currently pregnant with twins, the embryo split as I had 1 fertilised egg transferred. So hopefully it's just implantation pains. Good luck I hope it's that for you too x
